At LiviaGroup, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 7 days
• Items damaged due to misuse will not be accepted

Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed after product inspection
• Amount will be credited within 5 to 7 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
